Qingdao Longquan Hongda Copper and Aluminum Co., Ltd established in 1978, professional in copper and aluminum casting, machining manufacturer. With floor area 35,000 m2, buliding area 22,000m2, we have 60 technical engineers and 120 operators. Locates in Jiaozhou Qingdao, 30 minutes by are from Qingdao seaport and 15 minutes from airport.

     Our casting process including sand casting, low pressure sand casting, gravity casting, permanent mold casting, high pressure die casting and low pressure die casting. We have have our own grinding and polish workshop, heat treatment and machining workshop. Our main machine including DMG CNC lathe, Mazak CNC lathe, four axis CNC center, Vertical Turning-Milling compound and so on.

     To control quality both outside and inside of the parts, our Laboratory have tensile testing, hardness testing,spectrometer, CMM and X-RAY diagnostic machine.

     With mainly exporting to USA, Italy, German, UK, Australia, Japan, Korea and so on. We have a strong and highly efficient R&D team which can design and make OEM/ODM products according to your ideas and samples.
